Welcome to LearnDev (www.learndev.in). By registering and making a payment for any of our courses or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • LearnDev offers online DevOps training programs designed for educational purposes only.

  • The content, materials, and sessions are intended for individual use by enrolled students.

  • We reserve the right to modify course content, timing, or instructors without prior notice.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • Course fees are displayed on the official registration page or Razorpay payment gateway.

  • All payments must be made through Razorpay or other officially listed methods.

  • Prices may change in the future. The fee paid for a particular batch is non-negotiable and non-transferable.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.

  • Refunds are not applicable for missed classes, technical issues on the student’s end, or student withdrawal after enrollment.

  • In case of class cancellation by LearnDev, alternate sessions or refunds may be considered.

4. Course Access

  • Students will be given access to live sessions and course resources (PDFs, links, assignments) only upon successful payment and confirmation.

  • Sharing access links, recorded videos, or learning materials with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited.

5. Recordings & Materials

  • LearnDev may record live sessions for educational and revision purposes.

  • Access to recorded sessions, if provided, will be limited to enrolled students only.

  • Materials provided are for personal educational use and must not be redistributed or resold.

6. Conduct & Behavior

  • Respectful communication is expected in all live sessions and community platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).

  • Any misuse, spamming, or misconduct can lead to removal from the course without a refund.

7. Technical Requirements

  • Students are responsible for ensuring a working internet connection, device (laptop/PC), and basic system setup to attend live sessions.

8. Liability

  • LearnDev is not liable for any career decisions or outcomes post-completion of the course.

  • We offer learning, not job guarantees. Outcomes depend on individual effort and practice.
